摘要
控制系统是现代机器人的核心部分,如同人类的大脑一样决定着机器人的自动化水平。为了实现对机器人运动轨迹、运动速度、运动加速度的有效控制,提高机器人的自动化程度,让机器人更好地适应外界工作环境。本文选择PLC技术为研究对象,结合智能化技术的最新发展,对其控制系统进行了深入的研究,希望能够为PLC技术在自动机器人控制系统中的应用提供一定的思路。
Control system is the core part of modern robot,which determines the automation level of robot just like human brain.In order to realize the effective control of the robot's motion track,speed and acceleration,improve the robot's automation degree,and make the robot adapt to the external working environment better.In this paper PLC technology is selected as the research object,combined with the latest development of intelligent technology,the control system of PLC is studied in depth,hoping to provide some ideas for the application of PLC technology in the automatic robot control system.
