摘要 为了研究数值模拟仿真软件在流体机械工程设计中的应用,本文选取9-26-8D型离心通风机为研究对象,首先通过建立叶轮部件的有限元模型对固体强度进行数值计算;然后对风机特性参数和内部流场进行数值模拟分析。数值模拟仿真计算分析结果不仅具有比较高的精度,还能够获得直观的应力分布云图以及内部流场云图。在传统理论公式计算基础之上,深入加强数值模拟仿真软件技术在叶轮式流体机械工程设计中的应用是实用有效的综合性方法,为进一步在优化设计方面展开研究提供了必要的计算基础。 In order to study the application of numerical simulation software in fluid mechanical engineering design,the 9-26-8D centrifugal ventilator was selected as the research object in this paper.Firstly,the solid strength was numerically calculated by establishing the finite element model of the impeller part.Then,numerical simulation was carried out for the fan characteristic parameters and internal flow field.The numerical simulation results not only have high accuracy,but also can obtain the stress distribution cloud map and the internal flow field cloud map.On the basis of traditional theoretical formula calculation,it is a practical and effective comprehensive method to strengthen the application of numerical simulation software technology in the design of impeller fluid mechanical engineering,which provides a necessary calculation basis for further research on optimal design.
