摘要
随着近年来新型支付方式的兴起,国内地铁公司紧跟步伐,开始对自动售检票系统进行设备与系统改造,在管理模式也有了很多的探索与创新,本文通过对贵阳地铁1号线云购票系统从运营管理的角度以提高乘客满意度为导向进行各项分析,结果表明地铁云购票系统减少系统层级、由地铁方自行管理符合实际需求。
With the rise of new payment methods in recent years,domestic subway companies have been following the pace,starting to carry out equipment and system transformation on the automatic fare collection system,and there are many explorations and innovations in the management mode.This paper analyzes the cloud automatic fare collection system of Guiyang Metro Line 1 from the perspective of operation management to improve passenger satisfaction,and the results show that the cloud automatic fare collection system of the Metro Reducing the system level and being managed by the Metro side meet the actual needs.
