拜泉县饲用大豆品种调研与筛选

Investigation and Selection of Forage Soybean Varieties in Baiquan County

摘要 为推进拜泉县农民脱贫致富,筛选适宜当地气候特点的饲用大豆品种,夯实拜泉县大豆产业链基础,在2018年对拜泉县16个乡镇的16个优良主栽大豆品种进行了调研筛选,综合分析了产量、蛋白质含量、油分含量等重要性状,结果表明,“东农豆253”“绥农76”“克豆35”3个品种产量突出,品质优良。为了进一步探索上述品种的产量与品质,2019年在拜泉县现代农业科技示范园区进行了标准化田间对比试验,对照品种为拜泉县栽培面积较大的“东生1号”。经过秋季测产,“东农豆253”产量为193.85 kg·667 m^-2,“绥农76”产量为179.1 kg·667 m^-2,“克豆35”产量为171.4 kg·667 m^-2,均比对照品种“东生1号”144.8 kg·667 m^-2显著增产,经近红外检测“东农豆253”和“克豆35”为高油分含量及高蛋白质含量即“双高”品种,“绥农76”为高蛋白质含量品种,研究表明前述两个品种适于饲用,适宜在拜泉县进行推广种植。 In order to promote the poverty alleviation of farmers in Baiquan County,select the forage soybean varieties suitable for local climate characteristics,and consolidate the foundation of Baiquan County's soybean industry chain,in 2018,selected 16 excellent varieties of soybeans to investigat and screen 16 townships in Baiquan County.The important traits such as yield,protein content,and oil content were comprehensively analyzed.The results showed that"Dongnongdou 253","Suinong 76",and"Kedou 35"had outstanding yields and good quality.In order to further explore the yield and quality of the above varieties,a standardized field comparative test was conducted in Baiquan County Modern Agricultural Science and Technology Demonstration Park in 2019.The control variety was"Dongsheng No.1"with a large cultivated area in Baiquan County.After the autumn production test,the output of"Dongnongdou 253"was 193.85 kg·667 m^-2,the output of"Suinong76"was 179.1 kg·667 m^-2,and the output of"Kedou35"was 171.4 kg·667 m^-2,which was higher than the control variety"Dongsheng No.1"with 144.8 kg·667 m^-2 output,it was significantly increased production.With the near infrared detection of"Dongnongdou 253"and"Kedou 35",the twe varieties were high oil content and high protein content,"double high"varieties and"Suinong 76"were high protein content variety.The result showed that the aforementioned two varieties were suitable for feeding,which were suitable for planting in Baiquan County.
