非洲猪瘟时代对生物安全和疫病防控的反思

Reflections on Biosecurity and Disease Control in the Era of African Swine Fever

2018年非洲猪瘟在我国发生,给我国养猪业带来严重的经济损失。同时由于我国生猪养殖量庞大,养殖范围分布广泛,生物安全体系建立不够完善,使得我国在预防和控制非洲猪瘟上倍感压力。该病毒本身的特性决定了在疫苗研制和生物安全防控的实施上都会存在一定的难度,因此应该做好与非洲猪瘟做长期斗争的准备。文章主要探讨国外预防非洲猪瘟的生物安全实施经验和我国在发生非洲猪瘟之后在各方面采取的积极应对措施。

Since the first discovery of African swine fever(ASF)in China in 2018,it resulting in huge economic losses for the swine industry.In addition,due to huge amount and widely distributed of pig breeding,and inadequate biosafety system,it is difficult to do well in the prevention and control of ASF in China.The characteristics of the ASFV itself determine that it is difficult to get an effective vaccine for prevention and control of ASF,we should be prepared for a long struggle with ASF.This paper reviewed the experience in biosafety for the prevention and control of ASF,the measures to deal with ASF after it occurrence in China.
