基于单片机的便捷纸张测数装置

摘要 本纸张计数显示装置用于对70g/m2的A4纸张数进行测量。其原理是利用FDC2214模块对平行金属极板间的电容值进行测量,建立起纸张数与测量值一一对应的数学模型。装置以STM32F103C8T6单片机为控制器,对纸张数与FDC2214模块测量值按数组形式存储,作为自校准的依据。通过FDC2214模块实时测量值与数组数据的比较,在平均滤波的基础上,由查表法和插值法确定纸张数。 This paper counting display device is used to measure the number of A4 papers of 70g/m2.The principle is to use THE FDC2214 module to measure the capacitance between parallel metal plates and establish a mathematical model of one-to-one correspondence between the number of papers and the measured value.The device USES STM32F103C8T6 single-chip microcomputer as the controller,and the measured values of paper number and FDC2214 module are stored in the form of array,which serves as the basis for self-calibration.By comparing the real-time measured value of FDC2214 module with the array data,on the basis of average filtering,the paper number is determined by table lookup method and interpolation method.
