摘要
钛白粉是被广泛用于橡胶和塑料行业中的的白色颜料,在目前没有新型工艺的发展产出下,钛白粉就是性能最佳、可供生产使用的原材料。钛白粉的制取过程采用了硫酸法,该种方式可通过将浓硫酸、钛铁矿进行充分反应后,制得浓钛液,然后使用一定的化学、物理方式将钛液中的铁元素去除,最终制得白度较高的钛白粉。本文分析钛液的组成,并将对铁元素的分离过程进行初析。
Titanium dioxide is widely used as a white pigment in the rubber and plastic industry.In the absence of new technology development,titanium dioxide is the raw material with the best performance for production.The production process of titanium dioxide adopts sulfuric acid method,which can be fully reacted with concentrated sulfuric acid and ilmenite to produce concentrated titanium solution,and then remove the iron element in the titanium solution by certain chemical and physical methods,and finally produce titanium dioxide with higher whiteness.In this paper,the composition of titanium solution is analyzed,and the separation process of iron is analyzed.
