敏捷和DevOps趋势下的瀑布模式的优化

伴随信息技术的不断发展、科技进步,软件的运用场景、交付能力都时刻发生着变化,软件研发从上世纪小规模的定制开发到如今面向普通群体、细分类型用户的快速开发和交付,导致需求呈现迸发和多变的状态,这也导致产生了敏捷、DevOps等新理念。传统瀑布模式有其优势但也存在不足,本课题针对作者所在公司对敏捷和DevOps趋势下,瀑布在提升变更响应能力、缩短交付周期、便于高层管理者监控方面的优化探索进行了分析总结。

along with the continuous development of information technology,science and technology progress,the use of software scenario,delivery capacity are always changing,software development from last century small custom development to a segment type users now facing ordinary group,rapid development and delivery,lead to demand burst and changeful state,which lead to the agile,enterprise and other new ideas.The traditional waterfall model has its advantages but also has its disadvantages.This topic analyzes and summarizes the optimization exploration of waterfall in improving the change response ability,shortening the delivery cycle and facilitating the senior management to monitor under the trend of agile and DevOps in the author's company.
