摘要
为了提高大学英语教学效率,依据元认知策略理论,对陇东学院非英语专业学生进行了为期16周的互联网+背景下元认识策略培训实验;通过分析实验结果,发现元认知策略与英语学习成绩之间存在正相关,该培训对学习者有一定的积极影响。因此将培训引入大学英语教学是可行的。
In order to improve the efficiency of college English teaching,a 16-week meta-cognitive strategy training experiment was conducted for non-English majors in Longdong University under the background of Internet Plus Education.According to the result of the experiment,metacognitive strategies training is practical and effective in college English teaching and the training exerts some effect on the learners.It’s feasible to introduce the training into college English teaching.
