某含金银铅锌硫矿石银铅浮选工艺优选试验 被引量:2

摘要 为获得高品质的银铅精矿,对某高硫银铅锌多金属矿石分别进行异步浮选—粗精矿全部再磨浮选、异步快速浮选—中矿集中再磨浮选和分段分速异步浮选—粗精矿部分再磨浮选试验。试验结果表明在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm 70%的情况下,分段分速异步浮选—粗精矿部分再磨浮选优于其余两种工艺,浮选流程获得的银铅精矿银品位621 g/t、银回收率54.18%,铜品位0.84%、铜回收率34.62%,铅品位62.78%、铅回收率89.42%,锌品位6.45%、锌回收率5.83%。 In order to obtain high quality silver-lead concentrate,test on high-sulfur silver-lead-zinc polymetallic ore by asynchronous flotation-coarse ore concentrate regrind flotation,asynchronous fast flotation-middlings ore regrind and stage-speed asynchronous flotation-zinc-sulfur sequential priority flotation process.The test resluts show that:under the condition that the grinding fineness is-0.074 mm 70%,staged-speed asynchronous flotation-zinc-sulfur sequential priority flotation is better than the other two processes.The silver lead concentrate from the flotation process has a silver grade of 621 g/t,the silver recovery rate is 54.18%,the copper grade is 0.84%,the copper recovery rate is 34.62%,the lead grade is 62.78%,the lead recovery rate is 89.42%,the zinc grade is 6.45%,and the zinc recovery rate is 5.83%.
