An Analysis of the Construction Path of College Young Instructors’Morality

在高校教职工队伍中,青年辅导员是一个重要存在,其师德师风建设情况在很大程度上关系着大学生的思想道德水平,加强其师德师风建设对高校立德树人任务的顺利完成具有积极的促进作用。因此,深入研究高校青年辅导员师德师风建设具有重要的现实意义。基于此,本文以师德师风建设内涵为切入点,剖析了当前高校青年辅导员师德师风建设现状,并从四个方面详细分析了师德师风建设的路径,以期能够提高青年辅导员思想意识,培育出更多德才兼备的中国特色社会主义事业接班人。

This article takes the connotation of ethics and ethics construction as an entry point,analyzes the current status of ethics and morality construction of young college counselors in colleges and universities,and analyzes the path of ethics and morality construction from four aspects in detail in order to improve the ideological awareness of young instructors to cultivate more successors to the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
