剖析推进贫困户分散养牛发展的几种模式

Analysis on Several Patterns of Promoting the Development of Dispersion of Cattle Raising in Poor Households

扶持贫困户发展牛产业,助推脱贫攻坚,是庄浪县近两年实施产业扶贫的一项重要内容;帮助贫困户养好牛,见效益,最大幅度提高养牛收入,是摆在全体畜牧兽医人员面前的一项长期探索和研究的课题。庄浪县从2017年开始,利用财政涉农整合资金,支持贫困户发展牛产业,为建档立卡贫困户投放良种基础母牛,组织畜牧兽医技术人员开展实验研究,反复调研,广泛征求意见,紧贴贫困户实际,制定切实可行的实施方案,创新方式方法,逐渐形成了“引好牛、建好舍、创模式、强服务、养好牛、见效益”六大关键环节,通过分类指导,分户施策,有效帮助贫困户提高了养牛收入,即贫困户饲养1头基础母牛牛,每年可增加收入3000元,进一步推进了庄浪县牛产业脱贫攻坚步伐。

Supporting poor households to develop the cattle industry and boost poverty alleviation is an important content of industrial poverty alleviation in Zhuanglang county in the past two years.Helping poor households raise cattle well,achieve the benefits,and raise the maximum income of cattle breeding is a long-term exploration and research topic of all animal husbandry and veterinary personnel.Since 2017,Zhuanglang has used financial and agricultural integration funds to support poor households in the development of cattle industry,put into good varieties of basic cows for poor households with registered cards,and organize animal husbandry and veterinary technicians to conduct experimental research and repeated investigations,and widely solicit opinions.Finally,according to the actual situation of poor households,the practical implementation plans,innovative ways and means are made,six key links of“good cattle,good housing,creative model,strong service,good cattle,and benefits”have gradually formed.Through classification and guidance,households have been provided suitable policy,which has effectively helped poor households increase their income,that is to say,poor households raise one basic cow,which can increase their income by 3,000 yuan each year,thereby further advancing the pace of poverty eradication in cattle industry of Zhuanglang county.
