摘要
研究了不同长度的玄武岩纤维对碱激发-矿渣砂浆的影响。对新拌砂浆流动度、抗压强度、抗折强度、自收缩和干缩进行了分析。结果表明,随着纤维长度的增加,砂浆的流动度逐渐降低,自收缩增大,干燥收缩减小。玄武岩纤维显著提高了砂浆的力学性能,6 mm的玄武岩纤维效果最佳,28 d抗压强度提高5.58%,抗折强度提高21.49%。
The effects of basalt fibers of different lengths on alkali-activated slag mortar were studied. The fluidity,compressive strength,bending strength,self-shrinkage and dry shrinkage of newly mixed mortar were analyzed. The results show that with the increase of fiber length,the fluidity of mortar decreases gradually,the self-shrinkage increases,and the drying shrinkage decreases. Basalt fiber significantly improved the mechanical properties of the mortar,with the best effect of 6 mm basalt fiber,the 28 d compressive strength increased by 5. 58%,the flexural strength increased by 21. 49%.
