Based on the goal-oriented and problem-oriented method,this article analyzes the tasks of spatial planning and the problems of space control in non-intensive constructive area. Then,the article discusses the overall thoughts of constructing the planning function system,content system and implementation system of non-intensive constructive areas spatial planning. At last,the article puts forward the key points of non-intensive constructive areas spatial planning at different levels.
