Based on the topographical features and local culture,takes the Yujiadai nursing home and commercial project design in Yingpu street,Qingpu district,Shanghai as an example,discusses the overall layout,functional zoning,architectural form,green space landscape and other aspects,then puts forward the important concept of the future institutional pension design.
