伴随着大数据、云技术、参数化、智能管理等技术的发展,城市的有机更新急需新的居住模式介入,形成符合时代发展、技术革新的城市生活载体,创造新的城市活力。探究了符合中国特色的未来居住模式在城市有机更新中的应用。

With the development of big data,cloud technology,parameterization,intelligent management and other technologies,the organic renewal of the city urgently needs to intervene in the new living mode,to form the carrier of urban life in line with the development of the times and technological innovation,and to create new urban vitality. This paper attempts to explore the application of the future living mode in the organic renewal of city which conforms to Chinese characteristics.
