摘要
国内混凝土核心筒-钢框架结构形式应用普及,以上海某项目为背景,针对扭转效应明显、楼板缺失较多、存在较多斜柱及穿层柱等不规则的情况,进行了一系列的研究和分析,证明其结构设计的安全合理性。介绍了结构布置和针对不规则情况采取的措施,利用两个不同的软件进行了小震弹性的对比分析,对关键构件进行中震验算,整体分析方面用弹性时程分析进行补充计算,用静力推覆进行弹塑性分析验算,对大开洞区域楼板作了应力分析,上述分析有效地保证了结构的整体安全性,为类似工程的结构设计提供了参考。
Reinforced concrete core wall-steel frame structures in China are developed rapidly. Taking one project in Shanghai as the engineering background,in view of the particularly irregular situations such as the obvious torsional effect,lots of floor slabs missing and lots of inclined columns and skip-floor columns,a series of studies and analyses had been carried out to prove the rationality and practicability of the structure design. The structure layout and measures taken to deal with the irregular situations was introduced. A comparative analysis of structure elasticity under frequently occurred earthquakes was made based on two different softwares. The elasticity checking under precautionary earthquakes of key members was carried out. The elastic dynamic time-history analysis under frequently occurred earthquake and the static elastoplastic analysis under rare earthquakes were calculated. The performances of the floor slab under frequently occurred earthquakes and precautionary earthquakes were analyzed. The above analyses effectively guarantee the overall safety of the structure and provide a reference for the structural design of similar projects.
