摘要
综合分析功能、寿命、造价、工期等因素,结合变压器基础特点,对主变基础常规方案进行改进,推荐采用新型装配式变压器空腹基础,利用主变基础下部现浇,上部预制组装的装配式方案,节省了湿作业工程量,有效提升了施工效率,实现了国网公司"标准化设计、工厂化加工、装配式建设"设计要求。
Comprehensive analyzing factors such as function,life,cost,time limit for a project,with the consideration of the characteristics of transformer based on the main transformer normal scheme based on improved,recommend using new prefabricated transformer based on an empty stomach,using the lower part of main transformer foundation cast-in-situ,the upper part of prefabricated assembly scheme of prefabricated,saved the wet work quantities,effectively improve the efficiency of construction,realizes the SGC "standardized design,factory processing,prefabricated building"the design requirements.
