摘要
以深圳市某深基坑工程为例,选择合适的土体本构模型,进行三维有限元分析,结合过程监测数据,分析了花岗岩残积土地区深基坑施工影响临近建筑物沉降的因素,结果表明,邻近建筑的不均匀沉降随基坑开挖施工步序的进行,总体上呈增大的趋势,所获结果可供同类工程参考。
Taking a deep foundation pit project in Shenzhen as an example,this paper selects a suitable soil constitutive model,conducts three-dimensional finite element analysis,and combines process monitoring data to analyze the factors affecting the settlement of adjacent buildings in the construction of deep foundation pits in granite residual soil areas. The results show that the uneven settlement of adjacent buildings increases with the progress of the foundation pit excavation. The results obtained can be used as a reference for similar projects.
