摘要
培养复合型技术技能人才是我国人才队伍建设中的重要环节之一,关系到社会经济的持续健康发展。人才培养应本着立德树人、德育优先的教育理念。对比分析德国、英国和美国等部分西方发达国家技能人才培养的模式及特点,从师资队伍建设、课程体系建设、专业教材建设、实验实训基地建设、"校企合作"等方面,探索、构建中国特色的复合型技术技能测绘地理信息人才培养体系。
Cultivating compound skilled talents is one of the important links in the construction of our talent team,which is related to the sustainable and healthy development of social economy. The educational concept of talent cultivation is strengthen moral education and cultivate people. The characteristics of talent cultivation in the western developed countries such as Germany,the United Kingdom and the United States are analyzed. The author constructed talent training system in surveying and mapping from teaching staff,course book,experimental bases,school-enterprise cooperation and etc..
