江浙地区生物安全二级实验室关键防护设备应用现状调研分析

Application status investigation of key protective equipment in biosafety level 2 laboratories in Jiangsu and Zhejiang

介绍了调研样本的基本信息。从设备品牌、类型、使用效果等方面分析了生物安全二级实验室关键防护设备(包括防护口罩、生物安全柜、压力蒸汽灭菌器、通风空调系统)的应用现状。结果表明,我国生物安全二级实验室关键防护设备基本已实现国产化,使用效果基本满意。在负压生物安全二级实验室中,呼吸道疾病实验室数量占比最高,为34%;其次为基因扩增、艾滋病筛查等特殊实验室,为31%。

Presents the basic information of the survey samples.In terms of equipment brand,type and use effect,analyses the application status of key protective equipment(including protective masks,biological safety cabinets,pressure steam sterilizers,ventilation and air conditioning systems)in the biosafety level 2 laboratories.The results show that the key protective equipment of China's biosafety level 2 laboratories has basically been localized,and the results are basically satisfactory.Among the negative pressure biosafety level 2 laboratories,respiratory disease laboratories account for the highest proportion,at 34%;followed by special laboratories such as gene amplification laboratories and AIDS screening laboratories,at 31%.
