机器人行业企业运行的系统有机性测度分析 被引量:1

摘要 构建创新组织系统有机性分析框架,据此分别构建企业技术创新、生产运营、人力资源管理子系统及经济绩效评价指标体系,采集2011~2018年机器人行业20家典型企业数据,运用熵值法测度企业子系统及绩效水平,并采用包络分析(产出BCC模型)测算各企业的系统有机性并分解为主观能动性及规模适配性.研究发现:①样本期内机器人企业主观能动性效率始终低于规模适配性效率,机器人企业系统有机性无效率多由主观能动性低效率导致,组织主观能动性提升空间较大;②企业多处于规模报酬递增阶段,具有规模提升空间,符合新兴产业成长期特征. The framework of system organic analysis of innovation organization is constructed,based on which the technological innovation,operation,human resource management subsystem and economic performance evaluation index system of enterprises are constructed respectively.The data of 20 leading enterprises in robot industry in 2011-2018 are collected,the subsystem and performance level of enterprises are measured by entropy method,and the system organic level of enterprises are measured by envelope analysis(output BCC model),it can be divided into subjective initiative and scale adaptability.The results show that:(1)In the sample period,the subjective initiative efficiency of robot enterprises is always lower than the scale adaptation efficiency,and the system organic inefficiency of robot enterprises is mostly caused by the low efficiency of subjective initiative,so there is a large space for the improvement of the organization's subjective initiative;(2)Most of the enterprises are in the stage of increasing returns to scale,with the space for the improvement of scale,which is in line with the characteristics of the growth period of emerging industries.
