摘要
细胞的代谢活动对细胞的生长和分化以及机体内环境的稳定具有重要意义。Hippo/yes相关蛋白(YAP)信号通路由一系列保守激酶构成,在物种进化过程中极少发生突变。Hippo/YAP信号通路可通过调控细胞内葡萄糖、氨基酸和脂肪等代谢,影响细胞增殖和凋亡,从而维持机体内环境稳态。Hippo/YAP还可以通过与哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白、腺苷酸活化蛋白激酶及低氧诱导因子等信号通路之间交叉作用,共同调控细胞代谢活动。本文通过总结Hippo/YAP信号通路与哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白、腺苷酸活化蛋白激酶及低氧诱导因子信号通路之间的交叉调控机制,以阐述Hippo/YAP信号通路对细胞代谢活动的影响。
Cell metabolism is important for cells′growth,differentiation and the internal environ⁃ment homeostasis.The Hippo/yes-associated protein(YAP)signaling pathway consists of a series of conserved kinases,with few mutations during the evolution of the species.The Hippo/YAP signaling pathway can affect cell proliferation and apoptosis and maintain the internal environment homeostasis by regulating the cell metabolism of glucose,amino acids and fats.The Hippo/YAP signaling pathway also interacts with mammalian Rapamycin target protein,AMP-activated protein kinase,and hypoxiainducible factor to jointly regulate cell metabolism.Therefore,the specific impact of Hippo/YAP signaling pathway on cellular metabolism could be explained by outlining the cross-regulation mechanisms between the Hippo/YAP and mammalian Rapamycin target.
