民办高校实践教学体系建设研究

On the Construction of Practical Teaching System in Private Higher Colleges

实践教学是民办高校教学的一个重点,也是难点,更是培养应用型人才必不可少的途径。当前,虽说我国一些民办高校已经把应用型人才作为培养目标,但从实际情况来看,其在实践教学方面仍然暴露出了各种问题。因此,本课题主要以民办高校为对象,针对其实践教学体系建设问题展开深入讨论,站在民办高校转型的角度上,基于实践教学在民办高校教学体系中的重要地位,对其现状认真分析,以此为基础建构一套具有民办高校自身特色的实践教学体系。通过本论文的研究,以期为民办高校打造和自身特色发展需要相趋同的实践教学体系提供理论依据,以此为基础展开更深入的探索。也希望为民办高校打造理论素养高、实际操作能力强的人才培养目标提供帮助,从而培养出更具优势的毕业生,并为其就业能力的提升提供切实的帮助。

Practical teaching is not only a key but also a difficult point in the teaching of private higher colleges,but also an indispensable way to cultivate application-oriented talents.At present,although some private higher colleges in our country have taken the application-oriented talents as the training goal,but from the actual situation,its practical teaching still exposes various problems.Therefore,this topic mainly takes the private colleges and universities as the object,and carries out in-depth discussion on the construction of their practical teaching system.From the perspective of the transformation of the private higher colleges,based on the important position of practical teaching in the teaching system of the private higher colleges,this paper carefully analyzes its current situation,and on this basis,constructs a set of practical teaching system with its own characteristics.Through the research of this paper,we hope to provide a theoretical basis for private colleges to build a practical teaching system which is in accordance with their own characteristics and development needs.
