加强地方高职院校会计专业毕业生就业状况的策略研究——基于河南省四所高校的调查分析

A Strategic Research on Strengthening Employment Situation of Accounting Graduates in Local Higher Vocational Colleges——Investigation and Analysis Based on Four Universities in Henan Province

会计专业作为高职院校里传统的文科专业,其毕业生的就业状况反映了该专业的人才培养质量。本文以河南省四所地方高职院校为例,通过对就业基本情况和就业质量的数据分析,了解了会计专业学生的就业情况,认为需要从学校的教学管理部门、就业指导服务部门提出建议和措施,共同做出努力,实现高职会计专业毕业生的高质量就业。

As a traditional liberal arts major in higher vocational colleges,the employment status of the graduates reflects the quality of talent cultivation.This paper takes four local higher vocational colleges in Henan Province as an example,through the analysis of the basic employment situation and employment quality data,understands the employment situation of accounting students,and considers that it is necessary to learn from the teaching management department and employment guidance of the school.Some suggestions and measures are put forward in the aspects of service department and strengthening students’self-management,and joint efforts are made to achieve high-quality employment of accounting graduates in higher vocational colleges.
