基于微党课的职业本科高校党员劳动教育实践研究

Research on Labor Education Practice of Party Members in Vocational Colleges Based on Micro-Party Course

职业本科高校党员教育是我国党建工作的基础,通过为党员树立正确的价值观念、劳动观念等,令高校党员可充分融合到党组织体系中,提升党教工作的实际效用。基于此,文章以微党课为切入点,对微党课特性与优势体现进行论述,从时代发展、党组织发展、党员发展三方面,对党员劳动教育拓展的必要性进行分析,并对微党课下的职业本科高校党员劳动教育实践进行研究。

The education of Party members in vocational higher colleges is the basis of China’s Party building work.By establishing correct values and labor concepts for Party members,college Party members can be fully integrated into the Party organization system and the practical effectiveness of Party education can be improved.Based on this,the paper takes the micro-Party lesson as the starting point,discusses the characteristics and advantages of the micro-Party lesson,analyzes the necessity of expanding Party member labor education from three aspects:the development of the times,the development of the Party organization,the development of Party members,and the research on labor education practice of Party members in vocational colleges.
