“以本为本”理念下的高校学生工作探析

Analysis on the Work of College Students under the Theory of“Focus on Undergraduate Education”

“以本为本”理念的提出是对高校教育的一次“唤醒”,推动了高校教育改革的发展,在进行改革的同时也要避免产生如抓本科教育轻研究生教育的“虚假繁荣”的倾向。本文通过分析高校学生工作中出现的观念不强、力度不够、方法不全的现状,提出要主动了解学生、树立服务意识;加强资源建设、促进多方位发展;拓宽家、校、企共育渠道、建立学生成长档案;强化激励措施、激发学生主创性的工作开展方式。

The theory of“focus on undergraduate education”is a wake-up call for university education and has also promoted its revolution.At the meantime,we should try to avoid the possible tendencies such as emphasizing on undergraduate education rather than postgraduate education,the false prosperity of the undergraduate education.This paper analyzes the current situation as lack of strong concept,powerful execution and comprehensive methods,puts forward an working opinion like taking the initiative to understand and serve students,promoting multi-directional development expending the links between homes,schools and companies and building exclusive file for each student as well as enhancing incentive methods to motivate their creativity.
