基于“全方位育人”理念下的大学生思想政治教育策略探析

An Analysis of Ideological and Political Education Strategies of College Students Based on the Concept of“All-round Education”

全方位育人指的是全员参与育人过程,形成高校多方联动的育人机制,将思政教育的话语权牢牢掌握。本文从教育过程、主体和环境三方面阐述了此理念的主要内容,并介绍了全方位育人体系构建思路,从实现高校价值、民族复兴、促进学生发展等方面说明理念应用意义,从课堂教学、教师联动、主观学习以及课外活动等方面阐述具体的思政教学策略。

All-round education refers to the full participation in the process of educating people,forming a multi-linked education mechanism in higher colleges,and firmly grasping the right to speak in ideological and political education.This paper expounds the main contents of this concept from three aspects of education process,subject and environment,and introduces the idea of constructing the full-directional education system,explaining the application significance of the idea from the aspects of realizing the value of university,national rejuvenation and promoting the development of students,and expounding the concrete ideological and political teaching strategies from the aspects of classroom teaching,teacher linkage,subjective learning and extracurricular activities.
