立德树人背景下高职校少数民族学生教育模式探索——以某新建高职院校为例

On the Educational Mode of Ethnic Minority Students in Higher Vocational Schools under the Background of Establishing Morality and Cultivating People——Take a New Higher Vocational College as an Example

少数民族大学生是高职院校生源构成中很重要的一部分,他们将来也会成为少数民族地区建设的重要力量,是社会主义事业的建设者和接班人。但由于其在民族、地域、经济、文化等方面的特殊性,又给高职院校尤其是新建高职院校的教育管理上带来了新的课题与思考,在立德树人根本任务的背景下,如何做好少数民族学生的教育与管理意义重大。大思政背景下,本论文从教学模式、分层管理、情感投入等方面探索适合新建高职院校的教育管理模式。

Minority college students are an important part of college students,and they will also become an important force in the construction of the family,which is the socialist cause of the builders and successors.But because of their national,regional,economic,cultural and other aspects of the particularity of the university,especially the new university education management has brought new thinking.Under the background of establishing morality and cultivating people as the fundamental task,how to do a good job in the education of ethnic minority students is very meaningful.This article explores the educational management mode suitable for the newly-built university from the aspects of teaching mode,distinguishing management and emotion.
