摘要
信息技术的快速发展,改变了人们生活、学习、思维方式,对汽车服务行业形成一定的冲击。在大数据背景下,汽车市场服务营销呈现新的特性,而如何推进汽车市场服务营销的有效性,成为汽车服务行业较为关注的话题。对此,本文着重分析大数据背景下汽车市场服务营销的特点,论述大数据背景下汽车市场服务营销的过程,提出大数据背景下汽车市场服务营销的策略。
The rapid development of information technology has changed the way people live,learn and think,and has formed a certain impact on the automobile service industry.In the context of big data,automobile service marketing presents new characteristics,and how to promote the effectiveness of automobile service marketing has become a topic of concern in the automobile service industry.In this regard,this article focuses on analyzing the characteristics of automobile service marketing in the context of big data,discusses the process of automobile service marketing in the context of big data,and proposes strategies for automobile service marketing in the context of big data.
