摘要
当前,国内很多高校都根据办学实际,积极探索创新创业人才培养新模式。所在高校机电类学科为主干学科,文章立足共青团组织服务大学生创新创业的特色优势,通过国内外文献检索、走访调查、专家访谈等方式,展开应用型机电类创新创业人才培养工作路径研究,提出构建“教授+企业家”创新创业师资队伍、搭建全开放新型创新创业教育实践平台、发挥共青团组织优势激发创新创业类社团活力和以创新创业项目管理为抓手,拓宽共青团服务机电类创新创业人才培养的路径,以期为机电类创新创业人才培养模式的研究与实践提供参考与借鉴。
At present,many domestic colleges and universities are taking an active part in exploring new modes of training innovative and entrepreneurial talents based on the requirements of education.The electromechanical subjects are the main subjects in Fujian University of Technology.Therefore,based on the characteristics and advantages of the Communist Youth League in organization,this paper serves to college students’innovation and entrepreneurship,and devotes to researching the training path of applied innovative and entrepreneurial talents electromechanical field by means of literature retrieval,visiting,investigation,expert interview,etc.And then it puts forward to build a“professor+entrepreneur”innovative and entrepreneurial teachers team and a new open innovative and entrepreneurial education practice platform which take the Communist Youth League’s advantages of organization to stimulate the vitality of innovative and entrepreneurial communities and take innovative and entrepreneurial projects managements as the starting point to broaden the path of the Communist Youth League’s service on the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents on electromechanical field,so as to provide reference for the research and practice of the cultivation mode of innovative and entrepreneurial talents on electromechanical field.
