河北省普通高校大学生就业创业促进措施研究

Study on the Measures to Promote the Employment and Entrepreneurship of College Students in Hebei Province

随着人口老龄化的不断加重,社会上的就业形势也更加严峻。对于河北省的普通高校大学生来说,不仅面临着严峻的就业现状,同时又由于目前高校的毕业生素质参差不齐的状况,因此也面临着创业困难的问题。面对这种形势,本文对河北省普通高校大学生的就业创业现状进行研究和分析,并提出能够促进河北省普通高校大学生就业创业的相关措施,希望本文能够为我国河北省普通高校大学生就业创业有着一定的帮助。

With the increasing aging of the population,the employment situation in the society is more severe.For college students in Hebei Province,they are not only faced with severe employment situation,but also with the problem of entrepreneurship difficulties due to the uneven quality of college graduates.In the face of this situation,this paper studies and analyzes the current situation of employment and entrepreneurship of college students in Hebei Province,and puts forward relevant measures to promote the employment and entrepreneurship of college students in Hebei Province,hoping that this paper can help the employment and entrepreneurship of college students in Hebei Province.
