自党的十八大以来,党和国家提出了建设网络安全强国的战略目标。网络舆情作为反映人们思想动态以及人们表达自己想法的新途径,是当今舆论的主要构成成分。加强高职院校的网络舆情监管工作,提升高校网络舆论引导能力,是建设校园网络安全的重要手段,对于引导学生的价值,贯彻党的十九大精神具有重要战略意义。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party and the state have put forward the strategic goal of building a strong country in cyber security.As a new way to reflect people’s ideological trends and express their own ideas,Internet public opinion is the main component of public opinion today.Strengthening the supervision of network public opinion in higher vocational colleges and improving the ability of network public opinion guidance are important means to build campus network security.It is of strategic significance to guide the value of students and implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.
