摘要 “手机泛滥”蔓延情势的形成有学生、教师和教育主管部门三方面的原因,其病根在于缺少对“教学参与”的约束机制和运行机制。制定并遵循“教学参与原则”,正是兼顾学生、教师和教育管理部门三方面,发挥其内因、外因共同作用所形成的合力,整治“不参与教学”现象,遏制“手机泛滥”蔓延情势,在普通高校教育管理中十分必要。 There are three reasons for the spread of“mobile phone flooding”,namely,students,teachers and education authorities.The root of the problem lies in the lack of restraint mechanism and operation mechanism for“teaching participation”.It is very necessary to formulate and follow the“principle of teaching participation”in the educational management of colleges and universities to give full play to the joint efforts of students,teachers and educational management departments,to exert their internal and external factors,to rectify the phenomenon of“not participating in teaching”and to curb the spread of“mobile phone flooding”.
