以志愿服务为载体的“立德树人”实践路径与机制研究

Research on the Practice Path and Mechanism of“Strengthening Moral Education and Cultivating People”Based on Voluntary Service as the Carrier

现代教育工作的目标更加多样,要求在现有基础上,持续对工作路径和机制进行研究、优化。本文以“立德树人”的必要性作为切入点,予以简述;再以此为基础,分析当前“立德树人”工作的不足;最后,重点分析以志愿服务为载体的“立德树人”实践路径、机制保障,给出多向提供志愿服务、提升志愿服务的参与度和范围、优化联动机制、改善考评机制等可行措施,为后续工作提供参考。

The objectives of modern education work are more diverse,which requires continuous research and optimization of work paths and mechanisms on the existing basis.In this paper,the necessity of“establishing people with morality”is taken as the starting point and briefly introduced.Then,on this basis,the author analyzes the deficiencies of the current work of“strengthening moral education and cultivating people”.Finally,the paper focuses on analyzing the practical path and mechanism guarantee of“strengthening moral education and cultivating people”based on voluntary service,and puts forward feasible measures such as providing multiple voluntary services,enhancing the participation and scope of voluntary services,optimizing the linkage mechanism and improving the evaluation mechanism,so as to provide references for the follow-up work.
