高校课外素质教育“微”端育人实践探索

摘要 关于高校素质教育实践探索研究,目前学界相关研究成果多集中在素质教育的理论解析、体系构建、机制研究等方面,多从宏观构建方面出发,对于素质教育微端育人实践研究的关注少之又少。如何通过微端角度厚积文化底蕴、讲好中国故事、塑造健康生活、聆听学生心声等新理念和有效方式,精心打造"微师资",努力完善"微载体",转变优化"微方式",充实深化"微内容",探讨新时代高校素质教育课外微端育人的实践研究,希望能够开阔思维,对相关部门、机构、团体的决策和建设有所裨益。 At present,the achievements of the practical exploration and research on quality-oriented education in higher colleges are mostly focused on the theoretical analysis,system construction and mechanism research of quality-oriented education. Most of them start from the macro construction and pay little attention to the micro-education practice of quality-oriented education. Through micro-terminal perspective,we can accumulate cultural deposits,tell good Chinese stories,shape healthy life,listen to students’ voice and other new ideas and effective ways. It carefully builds"micro-teachers",strives to improve"micro-carriers",transforms and optimizes"micro-ways",and enriches and deepens"micro-contents". This paper discusses the micro-education practice research of quality education in colleges and universities in the new era,hoping to broaden our thinking and contribute to the decision-making and construction of relevant departments,institutions and groups.
