高职院校学生法律素养教育和培养——以三亚航空旅游职业学院为例

Education and Training of Legal Literacy for Students in Higher Vocational Colleges--Take Sanya Aviation & Tourism College as an Example

高职院校学生的法律素养的教育和培养从人才培养和职业长远发展的角度以及对社会主义法治社会的建设和高水平综合型职业技术人才的应用同样具有重大意义。本文从高职院校学生法律素养教育和培养的困境出发,结合法制素养的必要性,讨论法律素养教育和培养的改革思路。

The education and cultivation of the legal literacy of students in higher vocational higher colleges from the perspective of talent training and long-term career development,the construction of a socialist society ruled by law and the application of high-level comprehensive vocational and technical personnel are also of great significance. Starting from the dilemma of legal literacy education and training of students in higher vocational colleges and combining the necessity of legal literacy,this paper discusses the reform ideas of legal literacy education and training.
