“三全育人”视阈下成人高等教育学生思想政治教育的原则

The Principle of Ideological and Political Education for Adult Higher Education Students from the Perspective of “Three-perfect Education”

党的十七大要求高等院校进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育。作为我国高等教育的重要组成部分,成人高等教育学生的思想政治教育是落实立德树人根本任务的关键,也是实现成人学生人生价值的重要前提。成人学生不同于普通高校学生,工学矛盾突出,价值观趋于稳定,成人教育重专业轻育人等等,这都给成人高等教育思想政治教育提出了新的要求。本文结合成人学生特殊性,从动态性、全面性、创新性几个方面分析成人高等教育学生思想政治教育的原则。

The seventeenth national congress of the communist Party of China requires colleges and universities to further strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of college students. As an important part of China’s higher education,the ideological and political education of adult higher education students is the key to the realization of the fundamental task of moral education and the important premise to realize the life value of adult students. Adult students are different from ordinary college students. Adult students’ engineering contradictions are prominent,their values tend to be stable,and adult education emphasizes on professional education and so on. All of these differences have put forward new requirements for the ideological and political education of adult higher education. Combining with the particularity of adult students,this paper analyzes the principles of ideological and political education of adult higher education students from the aspects of dynamics,comprehensiveness and innovation.
