摘要
以"越野行走"课程教学为媒介,提出并实践了以"生活建构"为导向的大学体育课程教学模式,研究结果表明,该教学模式有助于帮助学生理解体育对自身生活的价值,形成科学的体育生活观念。
To solve the problem that college students can’t cultivate a good sports lifestyle,this paper puts forward"life construction-oriented"university P. E. curriculum teaching mode,and conducts the teaching design and practice with nordic walking course instruction as teaching medium. The result shows that this teaching mode can help college students to discover the physical education value to their own lives,construct their own physical knowledge system,and establish a correct concept of sports life.
