文化意识培养和翻译实践教学的融合探究——以广东东软学院翻译工作坊实践项目为例 被引量:1

摘要 文化意识的培养对外语教学有着重要意义,而翻译教学对培养学生的文化意识又有着积极作用。本文从文化意识培养的角度分析了传统的翻译教学模式对文化意识培养的局限性,并以广东东软学院翻译工作坊实践项目为例,探讨实践式的翻译教学对培养学生文化意识的优势。实践式的翻译教学有利于教师打破传统课堂教学的时空限制和教材内容的局限,在教学中发挥主观能动性融合文化意识的培养,有利于创新多元化项目评价方式,促使学生在语言学习中更加重视文化因素。广大英语教师可充分利用这些优势,在教学中渗透和融合我国优秀传统文化,在翻译教学中做到语言教学和文化教育兼容并举。 The cultivation of cultural consciousness is of great significance to foreign language teaching,and translation teaching plays an important and positive role in the cultivation of students’ cultural consciousness. This paper analyzes the limitation of the traditional mode of translation teaching to cultural consciousness cultivation. On the basis of practical teaching,this paper discusses the advantages of practical translation teaching in cultivating students’ cultural consciousness. It is believed that practical translation teaching is helpful for teachers to break the limitation of time and space of traditional classroom teaching and the restriction of the content of teaching materials,and for students to pay more attention to cultural factors in language learning. English teachers can make full use of these advantages,integrate our excellent traditional culture in teaching,and achieve the compatibility of language teaching and cultural education in translation teaching.
