动感座椅运动模拟实验平台设计及分析 被引量:1

摘要 动感座椅作为一种常见的运动模拟设备,已经被应用于模拟飞行、模拟驾驶、医疗康复等多个领域。基于4-UPS-UPU并联机构设计了一种动感座椅实验平台。首先根据拟定参数,对动感座椅进行结构设计,对驱动装置进行了初步选型,建立了动感座椅平台的三维模型。利用ADAMS对动感座椅平台进行动力学仿真分析,得到了不同工况下支链的驱动力,关节处的力和扭矩。根据ADAMS的动力学仿真结果,利用ANSYS Workbench对关键构件进行了有限元分析,从结构方面保证了座椅实验平台的安全性,为实体样机的制作提供了理论依据。 As a kind of motion simulation equipment,dynamic seat has been applied to simulate flight,simulate driving,medical rehabilitation and other fields.Based on the 4UPS-UPU parallel mechanism,a dynamic seat platform is designed in this paper.First,according to the parameters,the structure design of the dynamic seat is carried out,the driving device is preliminarily selected,and the three-dimensional model of the dynamic seat platform is established.Then dynamic simulation of the dynamic seat mechanism is carried out by ADAMS,and the driving force,the force and torque at the joint are obtained under different working conditions.Finally,according to the dynamic simulation results the finite element analysis of key components is carried out by using ANSYS Workbench,which guarantees the safety of the dynamic seat in structural aspect and provides a theoretical basis for the production of the solid equipment.
