依托公共创新平台深化细胞工程实验教学改革 被引量:3

摘要 细胞工程实验是高校生物技术和生物工程专业重要的实验课程,其操作性和系统性较强,且对仪器设备要求较高,普通的教学实验室很难满足创新性细胞工程实验的要求。因此为提升学生在细胞工程实验中的动手实践能力及创新思维能力,在充分利用学生自主参与实验的基础上,依托开放的本科公共创新平台,对细胞工程实验的教学内容和教学体系进行优化,并促进其与大学生创新课题有机结合,有效增强细胞工程实验在本科创新人才培养中的作用,提升学生的创新能力和实践能力。 Cell engineering experiment is the important experimental course for students major in biotechnology and bioengineering,which is characterized by operability and systematicity.This course requires many sophisticate instruments,and it is usually difficult for common laboratory to satisfy the requirements of the creative experiment projects.In order to improve the operability and innovation ability of the university students during cell engineering experiments,we optimized the teaching contents and systems of this experiment course.The course optimization was based on the fully participation of students during experiment preparing,and relied on the opening of the public innovation platform in our college.These reforms promoted the organic combination of this course with innovative projects,which can effectively improve the important role of cell engineering course during cultivation of the creative ability of the university students,which will serve for subsequent cultivation of students with innovative and practice abilities.
