“双一流”背景下高校实验室建设与管理探索

Research on the construction and management of laboratory in colleges and universities under the background of double first class

在国家“双一流”建设的背景下,各地先后展开了高水平大学的建设计划,规范教学体系建设,倡导教学科研融合,努力开创高校的稳定发展改革新局面。高校实验室的建设与管理获得新机遇的同时也面临着更多的挑战。在高校实验室管理的现状的基础上提出现阶段的工作重点,并以地方性高校的管理方案为例展开讨论,说明新形势下实验室建设和管理的工作重点和工作内容。

Under the background of double first-class construction,various regions have successively launched construction plans for high-level universities,standardized the construction of teaching systems,advocated the integration of teaching and scientific research,and strived to create a new situation for the stable development and reform of universities.The construction and management of university laboratories are also facing more challenges.Based on the present situation of laboratory management in colleges and universities,this paper puts forward the focus of work at present,and discusses the management plan of local colleges and universities as an example to explain the focus and content of laboratory construction and management under the new situation.
