摘要
研究生作为助理实验员进行专业实验辅助,是教育部“三助一辅”的重要内容。针对工科电子信息专业实验工作量繁重、教师缺乏、实验效果不理想等问题,探讨了研究生辅助工科电子信息专业实验的可行性。从总体流程、研究生筛选、实验指导过程、管理制度优化等方面,对研究生辅导工科电子信息专业实验的方法进行了研究。最后将提出的方法应用于“电力电子技术”课程实验中,取得了较好的效果,并提高了参与研究生的实践能力。该方法将对相关高校电子信息类专业研究生辅助实验提供一定的参考。
Postgraduates working as assistant experimenters,is an important part of the policy,postgraduates being as assistant manager,assistant researcher,and assistant researcher,made by Ministry of Education.This paper discusses the feasibility of postgraduates guiding experiments for electronic information majors,focusing on the problems of many experiments,lacking of teachers and poor experimental results.The paper studies the method of electronic information experiments guiding by postgraduates from the aspects of overall framework,postgraduate selection,experimental guidance process and management system optimization.Finally,the method is applied to the guidance of the curriculum experiment of Power Electronics Technology,which has achieved the satisfied experimental result and improved the practical operating ability of postgraduates.The method will provide a reference for postgraduates assistant experiments of electronic information majors.
