摘要
以葡萄糖酸锌制备实验为例,在无机实验中引入前沿科学知识,把传统实验转化为综合性实验。具体措施是用溶剂热法制备棒状和花状的纳米氧化锌,再与葡萄糖酸溶液反应制备纳米晶葡萄糖酸锌,考察不同形貌的纳米氧化锌对产物葡萄糖酸锌微结构的影响。既能够巩固、加强基本实验操作和实验技能,又能够拓宽学生的知识面,激发学生的科研兴趣和热情,培养学生的创新思维能力和科研能力。
Taking the preparation experiment of zinc gluconate as an example,introducing frontier scientific knowledge into inorganic experiments and transforming traditional experiments into comprehensive experiments.The rodlike and flowerlike nanocrystalline zinc oxide was prepared by solvothermal method,and then nanocrystalline zinc gluconate was prepared through mixing above zinc oxide and gluconic acid solution.The effect of nano-ZnO with different morphology on the microstructure of zinc gluconate was investigated.It can consolidate the basic experimental operation and experimental skills,broaden the knowledge of the students,stimulate the interest and enthusiasm of the students,and cultivate the students’creative thinking ability and scientific research ability.
