孤立性心房颤动与中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值相关性研究

Study on the correlation between solitary atrial fibrillation and neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio

目的探讨孤立性心房颤动与中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值(NLR)相关性。方法选择2010年1月至2018年12月在新疆医科大学第一附属医院住院的病人共320例,其中对照组160例与孤立性心房颤动组160例,收集研究对象一般临床资料,包括年龄、性别、吸烟史、饮酒史、中性粒细胞计数、淋巴细胞计数等实验室检查,采用Logistic回归分析危险因素与孤立性心房颤动的关系。结果两组饮酒、尿酸、淋巴细胞计数水平比较,无统计学差异(P> 0.05)。孤立性心房颤动组年龄、男性、吸烟人群、中性粒细胞计数、单核细胞计数、红细胞分布宽度、中性粒与淋巴细胞比值明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),血小板计数、血小板与淋巴细胞比值明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄、性别、吸烟史、血小板计数、中性粒与淋巴细胞比值均与孤立性心房颤动有关。结论通过研究,孤立性心房颤动患者外周血NLR增高,NLR是孤立性心房颤动的独立危险因素。

Objective To study the correlation between solitary atrial fibrillation and neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio level.Methods A total of 320 patients who were admitted to our hospital from January 2010 to December 2018 were enrolled, which were divided into the control group(n=160)and the solitary atrial fibrillation group(n=160)according to their ECG. Their clinical data,which included age, gender, smoking, drinking, neutrophil, lymphocyte, were recorded and analyzed by logistic regression analysis.Results There were no significant differences in drinking, uric acid, and lymphocyte counts between the two groups(P > 0.05). The age,male, smoking population, neutrophil count, monocyte count, red blood cell distribution width, and neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio were significantly higher in the isolated atrial fibrillation group than that of the control group. There was statistical significance(P < 0.05).Platelet count and platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio were significantly lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). The results of logistic regression analysis showed that age, gender, smoking history, platelet count, and neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio were all related to isolated atrial fibrillation. Conclusion Peripheral blood neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio level increases in patients with solitary atrial fibrillation. Neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio is an independent risk factor for solotary atrial fibrillation.
