摘要
目的探讨miR-125b、miR-16和miR-206在哮喘和变应性鼻炎诊断中的价值。方法采用实时荧光定量PCR法检测miR-125b、miR-16和miR-206在41例哮喘患者、33例非哮喘变应性鼻炎(AR)患者和39例非过敏非哮喘患者血浆中的表达水平。结果 miR-125b在哮喘及变应性鼻炎患者中呈现高表达状态,miR-16仅在哮喘患者血浆中高表达,而miR-206则只在变应性鼻炎的患者血浆中高表达,但在哮喘和健康者中相似,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.01)。结论通过检测血浆中miR-125b、miR-16和miR-206的表达水平对AR和哮喘具有极好的诊断潜力,它们可能是把两种疾病从健康人群中筛选出来或者明确诊断哮喘的一种良好的生物标志物。
Objective To explore the value of miR-125b, mir-16 and miR-206 in the diagnosis of asthma and allergic rhinitis.Methods The levels of miR-125b, mir-16 and miR-206 in 41 asthmatic patients, 33 non asthmatic allergic rhinitis(AR)patients and 39 non allergic non asthmatic patients were detected by real-time PCR. Results miR-125b was highly expressed in asthmatic and allergic rhinitis patients, mir-16 was only highly expressed in asthmatic patients’ plasma, and miR-206 was only highly expressed in allergic rhinitis patients’ plasma, but it was similar in asthmatic and healthy people, and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.01). Conclusion Detection of the expression levels of miR-125b, mir-16 and miR-206 in plasma has an excellent diagnostic potential for AR and asthma. They may be a good biomarker for screening out two diseases from the healthy population or for clear diagnosis of asthma.
