摘要
柔性冷轧曲面是一种新颖、高效、低成本的成形工艺。本文中,应用有限元研究了圆弧分布的柔性轧辊对鞍曲面成形结果的影响。实验数据表明:当辊缝高度为恒量,1050铝合金厚向尺寸从1.8mm增加至2.4mm,同一位置处的有效塑性应变下降,最大值降低39%,横纵向等效变形减小55%。当材料的厚向尺寸为恒量时,随着辊缝高度从1.57mm降至1.51mm,有效塑性应变显著增加,最大值提高27%,横纵向等效变形减小18%。
Flexible cold roll surface is a novel shaping technology with high efficiency and low cost.In the paper presented below,a study was made of the effects of circular-arc-distributed flexible roll upon the shaping of saddle surface via the finite element analysis,the data of which shows that the thickness of Aluminum Alloy 1050 increases from 1.8mm to 2.4mm,the maximum of the valid plastic strain at the same location decreases by 39%and the horizontal and longitudinal equivalent deformation decreases by 55 when the roll gap height is constant,but the maximum of effective plastic strain remarkably increases by 27%,horizontal and longitudinal equivalent deformation decreases by 18%when the roll gap height is lowered from 1.57mm to 1.51mm as the thickness is constant.
