摘要 目的探究溶血现象对临床生化检验项目的影响及预防措施。方法 110例进行生化检验的患者,依据是否进行人工溶血处理分为实验组与对照组,各55例。实验组进行人工溶血,对照组未进行人工溶血。对比两组的生化指标。结果实验组的肌酸激酶、总胆红素、直接胆红素分别为(126.32±10.23)U/L、(7.62±1.36)μmol/L、(2.13±0.63)μmol/L,均低于对照组的(175.26±13.69)U/L、(12.38±2.18)μmol/L、(5.36±0.96)μmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的丙氨酸转氨酶、总胆固醇、白蛋白、总蛋白、天冬氨酸转移酶、血钾分别为(68.21±2.94)U/L、(7.26±0.72)μmol/L、(45.96±6.12)g/L、(66.38±4.95)U/L、(57.16±2.95)U/L、(6.92±0.21)mmol/L,均高于对照组的(54.18±5.36)U/L、(4.84±0.67)μmol/L、(35.19±4.53)g/L、(38.16±5.23)U/L、(43.11±2.13)U/L、(4.31±0.98)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论溶血现象可对临床生化检验项目结果产生影响,应采取有效手段,保障生化检验指标的准确性。 Objective To investigate the effect of hemolysis on clinical biochemical test items and its preventive measures. Methods A total of 110 patients undergoing biochemical test were divided into experimental group and control group according to whether artificial hemolysis treatment was performed or not, with 55 cases in each group. The experimental group received artificial hemolysis, and the control group received no artificial hemolysis. The biochemical indicators were compared between the two groups. Results The creatine kinase, total bilirubin, direct bilirubin of the experimental group were(126.32±10.23) U/L,(7.62±1.36) μmol/L and(2.13±0.63) μmol/L respectively, which were all lower than those of the control group(175.26±13.69) U/L,(12.38±2.18) μmol/L and(5.36±0.96) μmol/L, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The alanine aminotransferase, total cholesterol, albumin, total protein, aspartate transferase, serum potassium of the experimental group were(68.21±2.94) U/L,(7.26±0.72) μmol/L,(45.96±6.12) g/L,(66.38±4.95) U/L,(57.16±2.95) U/L and(6.92±0.21) mmol/L respectively, which were higher than those of the control group(54.18±5.36) U/L,(4.84±0.67) μmol/L,(35.19±4.53) g/L,(38.16±5.23) U/L,(43.11±2.13) U/L and(4.31±0.98) mmol/L, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Hemolysis have an impact on the results of clinical biochemical testing projects, and effective measures should be taken to ensure the accuracy of biochemical testing indicators.
