摘要
文中对不同掺比下的橡胶粉改性沥青混合料单轴抗压性能进行比较。基于三维离散元平台,通过随机生成指定级配下的沥青混合料单轴压缩试件,采用Burgers模型赋予颗粒间的接触,对不同掺比下(0%、20%、25%、30%)的橡胶粉沥青混合料单轴压缩试验进行了数值模拟,并且通过室内试验进行验证数值模拟的可行性。结果表明通过PFC所建立的虚拟试件来预测沥青混合料的抗压强度值是可行的,加入橡胶粉对沥青混合料单轴抗压性能的提高有一定的增益作用,且橡胶粉掺量的最佳范围为20%~25%。
The purpose of this paper is to compare the uniaxial compressive properties of rubber powder modified asphalt mixture with different admixtures.Based on the 3 D discrete element platform,the uniaxial compression test of rubber powder asphalt mixture(0%,20%,25%,30%)was simulated by using the burgers model,and the feasibility of the simulation was verified by the laboratory test.The results show that it is feasible to predict the compressive strength value of asphalt mixture by the virtual specimen established by PFC software.The addition of rubber powder has a certain gain effect on the uniaxial compressive performance of asphalt mixture,and the optimum range of rubber powder content is 20%~25%.
